Online Giving FAQ

1. What methods of payment does Subsplash accept?
You can use your credit/debit card, bank account, cryptocurrencies, or stocks.

2. Do I need to have a Subsplash account to give?
No! Creating an account is not required unless you wish to give using your bank account.

3. Do you recommend creating a Subsplash account?
Yes! Setting up a Subsplash account is quick and easy. If you have a Subsplash account, you can manage or cancel recurring giving, save your payment information, and see your giving history.

4. Is there a mobile app for Subsplash?
Yes, we do have a mobile app! You can download it here

5. How does giving work via cryptocurrencies and stocks?
Engiven is the platform we use for you to give via stock/cryptocurrency. It is integrated within Subsplash so you don't have to create an Engiven account or login. Just select "Cryptocurrency" or "Stock" under the "I'm giving with..." dropdown and Subsplash will guide you to give via Engiven. Gifts are converted into cash immediately. This Subsplash article here walks you through how to give via cryptocurrencies and stock. You will see your Engiven gift in your EOY Subsplash giving tax statement. Alternative Giving Methods

In-Person: Cash and check gifts can be placed in the offering box at the welcoming table during our regular Sunday worship services at 1:30 PM (Eastside/Joint services only).
