The calls of God have led Dann and Tammy (married 1995) clearly and beautifully to many places over their twenty plus years in occupational ministry. The call to Journey Church in 2021 was no exception. They have served in Texas, Minnesota, New York, and Georgia, but for the longest duration— 13 years—in China. Dann grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, gave his heart to Jesus at the age of 7, and has earned degrees from Crown College and Alliance Theological Seminary. Dann cares deeply about authenticity, honoring those with doubts and hard questions, and living out daily faith in emotionally healthy ways. He is passionate about the Body experiencing unity and connection in ever-widening adventures of trust and obedience while at the same time finding ever-greater capacity for service and self-sacrifice in the Kingdom. Dann and Tammy have six children in middle school through college, three boys and three girls.
