Juheon Shin

Juheon has been going to church since his mom was pregnant with him and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of four. He moved to Atlanta from his hometown of Nashville to attend Oxford College of Emory University. Having previously met Pastor Matt, Juheon came to college knowing he would attend Journey. Soon enough, a whole car of Oxford students started driving to Atlanta for church together.
After graduating, Juheon lived in Shanghai for one year as a missionary. It was one of the most rewarding and challenging years of his life. Upon returning to Atlanta, he interned briefly at Journey and then studied law at Georgia State University. He currently works as a bank compliance officer. Juheon is passionate about worship, Biblically charismatic ministry, and empowering others to grow in their giftings. Juheon likes to cook, play board games, and learn more about cooking. He and his wife Amy have a huge white fluff ball named Duley.
